MONTGOMERY, Ala. – University of Mobile women's soccer team advances to the SSAC finals with a convincing 9-0 win.  This is the third-straight appearance in the finals for Mobile.

The Lady Rams got off to another fast start as Noemi Mallet placed a through ball from Nikole Cruz into the lower right corner, to give Mobile the early 1-0 lead in the 9th minute.

In the 15th minute, Mobile would strike again. This time Nikole Cruz beat the keeper near post to double the Lady Rams lead to 2-0. Cayla Hebert recorded the assist for Mobile.

Noemi Mallet would score her second goal of the half off a free kick by Leah Corse in the 29th minute. The goal extended the Lady Rams lead to 3-0 and that score would be the half time score.

In the second half, Mobile scored early again, as Rachel Forestell found the back of the net off the cross by Anna Caroline Scales to give Mobile the 4-0 lead.

Four minutes later, Leah Corse made it 5-0 as she headed in a corner kick from Tyler-Rae Molloy.

In the 62nd minute, Leah Corse made it 6-0 in favor of the Lady Rams as she bounced a shot in off the corner from Molloy.

Mobile's offense was not done. In the 64th minute, Leah Corse scored her third goal of the game, as she kicked in the goal off a loose ball in the box.

Maha Maarouf finishes a cross from Jessica Weeks, in the 79th minute, to make it an 8-0 lead.  

LaTesha Fleming rounds out the scoring for Mobile as she converted a penalty kick in the 85th minute.

The nine goals scored are the most in the SSAC Tournament since 2010.
